Naturally, I am a nurse and have been nursing for 25 years. I have seen it all come and I have seen a lot go. What I find astonishing is how nurses are abused by their employers.
So, I am here to provide all of you a journal of what I do, which is a gift of caring. I love what I do. My frustrations began when I can to Arizona and found there are no ethical management practices. What they expect nurses in Arizona work their shift, punch out and continue working.
